Donte Stallworth Suspended For 2009 Season

Not that it is a big surprise or anything but Browns WR and convicted murderer Donte Stallworth was suspended by the NFL for the entire 2009 season. He will have to apply for reinstatement before next season and thus will have to be on his best behavior until then. It would be a shock if the Browns didn't wash their hands of him immediately and allow him to pander for a job Michael Vick style upon reinstatement next year.

Speaking of Michael Vick, does ANYBODY else on this planet find it strange that Vick will have served nearly three times the prison sentence and lose far more both professionally, monetarily and personally than Stallworth? I mean, Stallworth voluntarily got drunk, got behind the wheel of a car and killed another human being in cold blood. I love dogs and animals as much as the next guy but when training dogs to fight is a worse crime than KILLING A HUMAN BEING...I am just not sure what kind of society we are now living in?
